More than 600 homes — including an affordable, 65-unit senior apartment complex — won support from Lake Forest’s Planning Commission to replace the Nakase Nursery near the 241 Toll Road in Lake Forest.
The commissioners agreed Thursdayto recommend the City Council approve developer Toll Brothers’ 126-acre, 606-home project. The City Council should vote Dec. 17 on the proposal.
