Judge drops gun charge against man who remains in prison
A judge has dropped a felony reckless conduct charge related to the alleged discharge of a gun in Hinsdale on Dec. 16.
The charge was dismissed after the judge found hat prosecutors did not have sufficient proof for it.
Hinsdale officers apprehended 55-year old Paul R. Spaulding, of Hinsdale early that morning after responding to a domestic disturbance and reported gunfire at a residence on Canal Street, according to a police affidavit.
