JPMorgan Chase & Co. named Frank Pearn its new chief compliance officer, The Wall Street Journal reported Feb. 2, citing an internal memo.
Pearn, who is the fourth appointment to the role in nearly four years, is the company's former managing director. He will replace interim compliance chief Lou Rauchenberger, who will now serve as global director of regulatory relations, The Journal reported.
