Investa Office Management has given in to Lorenz Grollo's Equiem in the evolving world of office portal technology, revealing it adopted Equiem's platform rather than trying to develop its own alternative.
The corporate landlord and manager, which two years ago piloted its own INSITE portal in a number of buildings in Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane and said it was more adaptable than rival Equiem, last year decided to adopt Equiem, it conceded on Wednesday.
