Innogy board appoints permanent CEO
The supervisory board of Innogy SE appointed Uwe Tigges as new CEO of the Essen, Germany-based energy company, according to an April 24 release.
Tigges has been serving as interim CEO of the company since Peter Terium's resignation in December 2017.
The board also named Arno Hahn to replace Tigges as chief human resources officer labor director of the company for a three-year period, effective May 1. Hahn currently serves as managing director and labour director of Westnetz GmbH.
