'Inadequate disinfection' blamed in Legionnaires' outbreak at Mount Carmel Grove City

The Legionairres' disease outbreak at Mount Carmel Grove City developed in the hot water plumbing system as a result of "inadequate disinfection" before the hospital's April opening, Mount Carmel Health System said Thursday.
The Columbus system and parent Trinity Health stopped short of laying blame on any employee or contractor involved in the disinfection procedures, saying the investigation continues.
