How Oregon's top public companies fared on Wall Street's worst day of 2019
Local stocks were hit hard Monday as the trade war between the U.S. and China escalated.
The Dow Jones Industrial Average plummeted 767 points, falling 2.9 percent from Friday's close and headed toward its worst day of 2019. Likewise, the S&P 500 declined by 2.9 percent, also on its worst day of the year while and the NASDAQ Composite fell by 3.4 percent.
