WASHINGTON, Nov. 30 -- The House Energy and Commerce Committee issued a report (H.Rpt. 116-586) on the Bipartisan Solution to Cyclical Violence Act (H.R. 5855), which aims to amend the Public Health Service Act to establish a grant program supporting trauma center violence intervention and violence prevention programs. The report was advanced by Rep. Frank Pallone Jr., D-New Jersey, on Nov. 16.
