Hillsborough County commissioners have named the next county administrator.
During a meeting on Wednesday, the commissioners voted to appoint Bonnie Wise, assistant county administrator and chief financial administrator, as the county's next administrator. She will replace Mike Merrill, who is set to retire on June 30.
