Hill Dickinson has hired Richard Lyons as a construction and arbitration partner in Hong Kong-the latest move by the firm to expand its non-marine offerings in Asia.
Lyons, who was previously head of legal for the Dubai-based Middle Eastern infrastructure contractor Arabtec, represents construction disputes involving major infrastructure projects. He also advises on noncontentious construction-related transactions, Hill Dickinson said.
