Ohio State University has created a senior position to help implement its strategic plan, meant to help guide the future of the university.
The OSU Board of Trustees appointed Gail Marsh on Friday to be the university's first chief strategy officer, a vice-president position that will be under the board's purview. Marsh has held the same title since 2003 at Ohio State's Wexner Medical Center, where she led the development and execution of the medical center's strategic plan.
