Harlington Realty's ventures acquired the Centrum Bucktown apartment building in Chicago's Bucktown neighborhood for $50.5 million, Crain's Chicago Business reported, citing Cook County property records and John McLinden, who developed Centrum Bucktown in partnership with Arthur Slaven.
The 94-unit building at 1743 N. Leavitt St. is 97.8% occupied and also contains an Aldi store, the publication added, citing CoStar Group.
