Government transparency unseen in campaign

As the campaigns blessedly wind down in Ohio, one issue we've not seen much about is government transparency. We haven't heard either Rich Cordray or Mike DeWine pledge, for example, that the governor's office will respond more quickly to public records requests that now routinely take weeks or months to fill.
