Some North Texans who were charged excessive prices for gas in the aftermath of Hurricane Harvey have a chance to get a refund, Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton announced Tuesday.
As part of a settlement, Bains Brothers will refund customers who paid $3.99 or more per gallon of gas on Aug. 31, 2017, at two of its Dallas-area gas stations: a Mobil at 2809 NW Green Oaks Blvd. in Arlington and a Texaco at 3600 Huffines Blvd. in Carrollton.
