GI Partners expands life sciences real estate portfolio with acquisition in Redwood City

GI Partners acquired 130-150 Shoreline Drive in Redwood City, California as part of its strategy of buying and managing technology life sciences real estate. Auris Health, a Johnson & Johnson subsidiary, leases the 81,600 square foot property for its corporate headquarters as well as its primary research and development and light manufacturing operations. GI Partners tech and life sciences real estate portfolio totals 34 properties comprising 8.4 million square feet across 14 different markets.
