FTSE 100 edges up ahead of ECB meeting
London’s FTSE 100 inched up on Thursday morning ahead of the European Central Bank’s meeting.
The capital’s premier index rose 0.02 per cent to hover above the 7,000 mark during the opening session.
The marginal increase means the index has clung on to yesterday’s gains, helping to pare back sharp losses at the beginning of the week.
