Former officer to enter plea to murder of his paramedic girlfriend

A former Columbus police officer is due to enter a plea to charges he is facing on the 2019 death of his paramedic girlfriend.
Former Sergeant William Talley, with the Columbus Police Department, who was charged with murder is expected to enter a plea of guilty when he appears remotely before Judge Gil McBride on Monday, Sept. 28.
Talley was apprehended on May 12, last year after he allegedly shot Kelly Levinsohn to death just the night before while he was not on duty.
