Former CBA IT manager to stand trial on bribery charges

Former Commonwealth Bank general manager Jon Waldron is expected to stand trial after a court found there was a reasonable prospect that a jury could convict him of bribery and deception charges.
Mr Waldron is facing seven charges of corruptly receiving a benefit of more than $15,000. He is also charged with obtaining financial gain through deception. He has pleaded not guilty.
