Floridians are ditching landlines fast

Floridians are abandoning landlines, a study by state utility regulators shows. According to the Florida Public Service Commission, a poll of Floridians in 2018 found that residential landline use dropped about 24 percent between 2017 and 2018, while business landlines dropped about 23 percent over the same period.
