A former Montgomery County police officer accused of misappropriating three agency iPhones was sentenced to 50 hours of community service Wednesday in a resolution that will leave him without a conviction in the case.
'I am not only embarrassed for myself, but I also am very embarrassed for the police officers and the other people that I've worked with,' Christopher Johnson, 50, said in court.
