Do poll problems make some decide not to vote?
AUSTIN — Honea Owens expected a smooth experience last week when she went to vote early at University Park United Methodist Church.
But while using a touch-screen voting machine, the ES&S iVotronic, the 43-year-old Dallas resident said, her votes kept changing to the other party.
