David Malpass, World Bank skeptic, to head financial institution

President Trump will reportedly nominate a World Bank skeptic to head the international financial institution.

Citing "senior administration officials,"  Politico reported that the nomination of David Malpass, currently the undersecretary of Treasury for international affairs, will come Wednesday.
