'Critical defect' sinks ACCC in Medibank case
The ACCC has suffered a second defeat in its battle with Medicare over claims the insurer did not fully inform its customers over the end to some "no gap" services.
The full Federal Court unanimously rejected the consumer watchdog's appeal over the marketing of pathology and radiology services in 2014, saying there was a "critical defect" in its case.
