In August, The Daily Telegraph revealed that Mr Corbyn was the subject of several written complaints by MPs to the Parliamentary watchdog, concerning nine undeclared visits he took overseas. It is now understood that Kathryn Stone, the Commissioner for Standards, has begun initial inquiries into the allegations and has contacted Mr Corbyn's staff regarding the matter.
