A Tennessee holding company for marketing, advertising and media agencies has acquired a Columbus marketing and advertising agency.
Memphis-based Eastport Holdings LLC paid an undisclosed amount for Fahlgren Mortine, which becomes the 17th company under the Eastport umbrella.
