Billionaire Google, robotics inventor sued for 'indefensible' sale price of Palo Alto company
Billionaire tech entrepreneur Scott Hassan has been sued by his wife, who he is separated from, over the price he received when he sold a company that created the Beam video-conferencing robot.
Allison Huynh alleges in a Delaware lawsuit that most of the assets in Palo Alto-based Suitable Technologies Inc. were sold for an "indefensible" price of $400,000, according to Bloomberg Law. She says in the suit that she co-owns 600,000 shares in the company.
