Mike Marcu wasn't a quitter.
Despite multiple opportunities throughout his life to take the easy way out, Mr. Marcu fulfilled his destiny -to be a great architect.
His stamp can be found on numerous buildings throughout the city, from the sweeping entrance to the Phipps Conservatory and Botanical Gardens, to the UPMC Hillman Cancer Center, to the Katz Graduate School of Business at the University of Pittsburgh.
