Apartment dwellers less happy with their lot

Apartment living is set to play a big part in Australia's housing future, yet those living in units aren't as happy with their living arrangements as those in houses.

At the end of 2016, more apartments were built across Australia than houses for the first time, while over the past 25 years the number of occupied apartments in Australia increased by 78 per cent to 1.2 million dwellings.
