Shawn Schukar will take over as chairman and president of Ameren Transmission Co., effective May 1, according to a March 16 company release.
Currently senior vice president of transmission operations, construction and project management of Ameren Corp., Schukar will succeed Maureen Borkowski, who will retire by April 30.
