Activision releases 'Diablo Immortal' to gamers' disgust; shares plummet
Shares in Activision Blizzard Inc. plunged in Monday trading after the Santa Monica, California-based company released a new mobile game that gamers apparently despise.
Over the weekend, Activision unveiled a mobile game called "Diablo Immortal," which was developed by Blizzard Entertainment in partnership with NetEase, to be played on Android, iPhone and iPad devices.
Gamers were not happy.
