The weakening Australian dollar has not put a dent in Australians' thirst for travel, but it has changed the way we travel and where we choose to go.

The number of Australians travelling overseas rose by 6.1 per cent in 2018, despite unfavourable conversion rates in traditional holiday locations such as the United States, Europe and United Kingdom.
