2019 IPO for Levi s might be in works

Levi Strauss & Co., the venerable San Francisco jeans maker that went public in 1971 and then private in 1984, plans to go public again early next year, according to a report on CNBC.

Citing anonymous sources, CNBC said the company wants to raise $600 million to $800 million in a deal that would value the entire company at $5 billion.
