20 dead from cold-related exposure in Cook County since start of season

At least 20 people have died in Cook County from cold-related exposure since the start of the season, the Cook County medical examiner's office reported on Tuesday.

The most recent death due to the cold happened Monday in north suburban Evanston. Adrian Willoughby, 39, of the 1700 block of Grey Avenue was found dead in the block where he lived.
