VANCOUVER - Goldsource Mines Inc. ('Goldsource' or the 'Company') announces that it has arranged a non-brokered private placement for up to Cdn$ 1,000,000 comprised of up to 20,000,000 units at a price of Cdn$ 0.05 per unit (the 'Offering').
Each unit will consist of one common share and one common share purchase warrant of Goldsource, with each warrant being exercisable for one common share of Goldsource at a price of Cdn$ 0.09 for a term of 2 years.
