William A. King Jr., 90, of Chestnut Hill, a former Philadelphia lawyer and jurist who heard cases for more than three decades in Common Pleas Court, U.S. District Court, and later Philadelphia Municipal Court, died Friday, March 3, at home of complication of a stroke.
