Wayne State dancers come together

"Dancing Spirits," a dance work created as a tribute to the Alvin Ailey Dance Theatre's Judith Jamison, is the centerpiece of "COME TOGETHER," the title of the 88th annual spring dance concert presented by the Maggie Allesee Department of Theatre and Dance at Wayne State. Created by 2016-17 Allesee guest artist Ronald K. Brown, "Dancing Spirits" incorporates movement influences from Cuba, Brazil and the U.S. Also on the program is "Work/Kosala," presented by WSU African dance company To Sangana
