U.S. Rejects China’s Call for a Halt to Military Drills in Return for North Korea’s Suspension of Nuclear Activity

(UNITED NATIONS) — The United States on Wednesday rejected China’s proposal for a halt to joint U.S.-South Korean military exercises if North Korea suspends its nuclear and missile activities.
