Maple Leaf Foods Inc. (TSX:MFI), Canada's 2nd largest Consumer packaged goods company by market cap, has increased 5.0c (0.2%) from its last trading session of February 24 to close at CAD30.99. Compared with the S&P/TSX 60 Index which fell 2.5 points (0.3%) in the day, the relative price increase was 0.4%. The rise has been propped up by robust volume of 1.4 times the average daily volume of 269,154 shares. The stock lifted 2.6% in the past week.
