SUPREME COURT: Enviros slam Trump's nominee, turn out to protest

Several hundred protestors last night gathered on the front steps of the Supreme Court to protest Judge Neil Gorsuch, President Trump's pick for the high court. A handful of environmental advocacy groups, including the Sierra Club, Earthjustice and Defenders of Wildlife turned out to oppose the nominee, a judge on the 10th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals. Courtney Hight, director of the Sierra Club's Democracy Program, called Gorsuch's legal views "dangerous" and "archaic."
