Raj Jayadev co-founded Silicon Valley De-Bug 16 years ago to tell the stories of poor and minority tech workers whose voices are rarely heard.

The San Jose nonprofit has since evolved into many branches - a grassroots criminal justice reform movement that's spreading throughout the country, a base for community organizing projects, a magazine, a T-shirt and poster design service and much else.
