Startup claims Bose stole its technology

Bay State speaker and headphone giant Bose allegedly scammed a California startup by stealing its technology and part of a product name, a federal lawsuit claims.

In a complaint filed earlier this week, San Francisco-based Doppler Labs claimed Bose and its employees gained access to early versions of its headphones in order to make their own, including during a meeting last year aimed at discussing business opportunities between the two companies.
