Roxbury developer dies

Kenneth Guscott, 91, died at his Milton home in a fire that also killed his father-in-law. The developer and his family were recognized two weeks ago at an event showcasing Boston's storied black families. He sought to revitalize Dudley Square and planned to build a 25-story tower in Roxbury. B1
