Puck vs. Musk: Chef sues for right to use 'kitchen' in restaurant name

Celebrity chef Wolfgang Puck is going to court to secure the right to use the term "the kitchen" in the name of new restaurant concept planned for Chicago.

It's a routine trademark fight with an added twist: Puck's opponent is Kimbal Musk, the brother of SpaceX and Tesla founder Elon Musk.

Musk, the founder of the Chicago restaurant "The Kitchen," originally sued Wolfgang Puck Licensing in Colorado in 2015 after Puck announced he would open a new eatery called "The Kitchen by Wolfgan
