Press must keep up the good work

Here’s a letter in support of the press. President Donald Trump’s vilification of the media is not only getting old, it’s transparently calculated. These lamentations about fake news are just echoing a mini-Steve Bannon, perched on Trump’s right shoulder, feeding him lines from “Dictatorships for Dummies.”

When, with the help of honest reportage, we finally get to the bottom of Trump’s “To Russia, With Love,” I predict he will be hoisted by his own petard.
