A nondenominational church that says it serves more than 1,000 people weekly claims it won't have a place to worship if it's forced out of a shopping center in Clifton Park, New York.

Northway Church, led by Pastor Donald "Buddy" Cremeans, is suing the owner of North Country Commons on Route 146 and real estate broker/property manager Howard Carr, according to a complaint filed in state Supreme Court in Saratoga County.
