Montezuma County Court sentenced nine people on Tuesday on alcohol-related driving charges.

The hearing was presided by Judge James Denvir, a retired judge from Archuleta County, who ordered sentence of 60 days in jail to Carwin Wauneka for driving under the influence of alcohol.

While other accused, Jolene Cantsee also received 60 days in jail on work release for a third alcohol-related driving offense, as well as two years of probation, and Wendy Ferguson was sentenced to 60 days i
