Midas Gold Corp. (TSX:MAX), Canada's 106th largest Metals & mining company by market cap, extended its gains on Monday, rising an additional 4.0c (4.5%) to close at 92.0c. The shares have climbed 5.0c (5.7%) over the past two trading days, compared with the S&P/TSX 60 Index which rose 2.6 points (0.3%) in the two days for a relative price increase of 5.5%. Volume in the 2 days was 0.4 times the average daily volume of 443,578 shares.
