The suspect in a fatal stabbing of a Manassas woman last month has died of self-inflicted injuries, police said Wednesday.
On Feb. 17 at around 6:20 p.m., police responded to the 7300 block of Forrester Lane in Manassas for the report of a stabbing, Prince William County police said in a statement.
