Horizon Petroleum PLC (TSXV:HPL), Canada's 144th largest Oil & gas - exploration & production company by market cap, has soared 1.0c (22.2%) from its last trading session of February 02 to close at 5.50c. Compared with the S&P/TSX 60 Index which rose 4.9 points (0.5%) in the day, the relative price increase was 21.7%. The rise has been propped up by spectacular volume of 30.9 times the average daily volume of 86,582 shares.
