Harworth Estates' new projects pay off

Harworth Estates, the former real estate arm of UK Coal, said the value of its assets per share jumped 12.5pc in 2016 thanks to a solid market for both homes and commercial space in the country's regions. The company, which mostly regenerates former industrial land, made six acquisitions during the year for new projects.
